  • Gochujang (Korean red chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Clean the baby octopus thoroughly under cold running water, removing any debris and the beak.

  3. Add the cleaned baby octopus to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Once preheated, take the marinated octopus out of the fridge and thread them onto skewers for easier grilling.
