Steps
- Clean the baby octopus thoroughly under cold running water, removing any debris and the beak.
- In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the cleaned baby octopus to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once preheated, take the marinated octopus out of the fridge and thread them onto skewers for easier grilling.
- Grill the skewered octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are slightly charred and cooked through.
- Remove the octopus from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
