  • Spaghetti - 200 grams
  • Water - 2 liters

  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Seafood mix (squid, shrimp, mussels) - 200 grams
  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced onion, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Stir in the chili powder and mix well, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Add the seafood mix to the broth, cooking for about 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated with the broth and ingredients.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
