- Spaghetti - 200 grams
- Water - 2 liters

- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Seafood mix (squid, shrimp, mussels) - 200 grams
- Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add sliced onion, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Stir in the chili powder and mix well, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the seafood mix to the broth, cooking for about 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated with the broth and ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
