Ingredients

  • Pork shoulder, thinly sliced - 200 grams
  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 small
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 1 small
  • Spinach - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 0.5 liters

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked jasmine rice and mix well, ensuring the rice is heated through and coated with the sauce.
  5. Add the spinach and chopped green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
  6. Season with black pepper to taste and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
