- Bell pepper, sliced - 1 small
- Spinach - 1 cup

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked jasmine rice and mix well, ensuring the rice is heated through and coated with the sauce.
- Add the spinach and chopped green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Season with black pepper to taste and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
