  • Zucchini, julienned - 1 small
  • Green bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds, toasted - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the pork slices with gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced onion, carrot, zucchini, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice or lettuce leaves for wrapping.
