- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the pork slices with gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
- Add the sliced onion, carrot, zucchini, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or lettuce leaves for wrapping.
