Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 small, finely diced
- Zucchini - 1 small, finely diced
- Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 100 grams, finely chopped
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the diced carrot, zucchini, and chopped mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients and heat through for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chopped green onions.
- Serve the Jeon Bap hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
