Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 100 grams, grated
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Green onion - 30 grams, finely chopped
  • Egg - 1 large
  • All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons (30 grams)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrot, and chopped green onion.
  2. Add the egg, flour, salt, and black pepper to the vegetables and mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
