  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. Begin by preparing the seafood; slice the sashimi-grade tuna and salmon into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned cucumber, carrot, and sliced radish.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the sesame oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Drizzle this dressing over the vegetable mix and toss well.
  4. On serving plates, arrange the seafood slices alongside the dressed vegetables.
