Steps
- Begin by preparing the seafood; slice the sashimi-grade tuna and salmon into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned cucumber, carrot, and sliced radish.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the sesame oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Drizzle this dressing over the vegetable mix and toss well.
