- Zucchini - 200 grams
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams

- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- Wash the zucchini and grate it using a box grater or food processor.
- Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, all-purpose flour, egg, chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the zucchini mixture into the skillet, flattening it slightly with a spatula.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil as needed.
