Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini and grate it using a box grater or food processor.
  2. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, all-purpose flour, egg, chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
  5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the zucchini mixture into the skillet, flattening it slightly with a spatula.
  6. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil as needed.
