- Hanu beef sirloin - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - for grilling
- Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms) - 200 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the Hanu beef sirloin into thin slices and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the assorted vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil it with vegetable oil.
- Remove the beef from the marinade and grill the slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- At the same time, grill the assorted vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Once cooked, remove the beef and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the grilled Hanu beef with the vegetables, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
