Ingredients

  • Hanu beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - for grilling
  • Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms) - 200 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the Hanu beef sirloin into thin slices and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the assorted vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat and lightly oil it with vegetable oil.
  5. Remove the beef from the marinade and grill the slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. At the same time, grill the assorted vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Once cooked, remove the beef and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Serve the grilled Hanu beef with the vegetables, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
