Ingredients
- Beef brisket - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Firm tofu - 150 grams, cubed
- Water - 1 liter
- Korean radish (mu) - 100 grams, julienned
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Eggs - 2, lightly beaten
Steps
- In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add the sliced beef brisket. Cook for about 5 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Add the julienned Korean radish, minced garlic, and gochugaru to the pot. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cubed tofu and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the tofu is heated through.
- Finally, drizzle the lightly beaten eggs over the soup and stir gently to create ribbons. Cook for 2 more minutes before removing from heat.
