Ingredients

  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Red chili pepper - 1, sliced (optional)
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Cooked brown rice - 200 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced squid and shrimp to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice, stirring well to coat the seafood.
  5. Add chopped green onion and sliced red chili pepper, then season with black pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and the sauce slightly thickens.
  7. Serve hot over a bed of cooked brown rice.
