Ingredients

  • Water - 500 ml
  • Dried anchovies - 20 g
  • Sea salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 50 g, sliced
  • Zucchini - 100 g, diced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, clams) - 200 g
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil and add the dried anchovies. Simmer for 10 minutes to create a flavorful broth.
  2. Remove the anchovies from the pot and add sea salt to the broth.
  3. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, diced zucchini, chopped green onions, and minced garlic to the broth. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Stir in the mixed seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and opaque.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with black pepper to taste before serving.
