- Baking powder - 5 grams

- Milk - 120 ml
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Butter - 10 grams (for greasing)
- Powdered sugar - for dusting (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the batter into the greased muffin tin, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the Gyeranppang to cool slightly before removing them from the tin.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
