Steps
- In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sea salt and black pepper until well combined.
