- Large eggs - 4
- Vegetable broth - 200 ml

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and whisk them until well combined.
- Add the 200 ml of vegetable broth, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the finely chopped green onion, diced carrot, diced zucchini, and chopped mushrooms.
- Strain the egg mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a heatproof bowl to achieve a smoother texture.
- Prepare a steamer pot by bringing water to a simmer over medium heat.
- Place the bowl with the egg mixture into the steamer basket, cover it with a lid, and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and fluffy.
- Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Once done, carefully remove the bowl from the steamer and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
