- Eggs - 4 large
- Vegetable broth - 200 ml

- Zucchini - 1/4 cup, finely diced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the finely chopped green onions, diced carrot, and zucchini to the egg mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the egg mixture into a heatproof bowl or a shallow dish that fits into a steamer.
- Prepare a steamer by bringing water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer.
- Place the bowl with the egg mixture into the steamer and cover with a lid.
- Steam the egg mixture for about 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and fluffy.
- Remove from the steamer, let it cool for a minute, then carefully serve warm.
