Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and whisk them until well combined.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the eggs, and mix until fully incorporated.
