Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and whisk them until well combined.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the eggs, whisking again until blended.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for about 1 minute until the edges begin to set.
