  • Sugar - 20 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 10 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar, then gradually add water while stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and steam for about 15 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  3. Once cooked, let it cool slightly, then knead the dough for a minute on a cornstarch-dusted surface.
  4. Divide the dough into small pieces (about 20 grams each) and flatten each piece in your palm.
  5. Place a small spoonful of red bean paste in the center of each piece and carefully wrap the dough around the filling, forming a ball.
