Ingredients

  • Fresh oysters - 200 grams
  • Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
  • Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Cabbage - 100 grams, chopped
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage and zucchini to the pot and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Korean chili flakes and fish sauce, mixing well to combine.
  5. Add the oysters, shrimp, and mussels to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped green onions just before serving.
  7. Serve hot in bowls, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
