- Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
- Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cabbage - 100 grams, chopped
- Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chopped cabbage and zucchini to the pot and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Korean chili flakes and fish sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Add the oysters, shrimp, and mussels to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped green onions just before serving.
- Serve hot in bowls, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
