- Eggs - 2 large

- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cooking oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh oysters, chopped green onions, minced garlic, almond flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then fold them into the oyster mixture until fully incorporated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon about half of the mixture into the skillet, flattening it slightly to form a pancake shape.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the pancake and repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
- Serve the Gul Jeon hot, optionally with a dipping sauce of soy sauce and vinegar.
