Steps
- Clean the squid and shrimp, removing any shells and innards. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned squid and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add the marinated seafood along with the sliced radish. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
