  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Steps

  1. Clean the squid and shrimp, removing any shells and innards. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the cleaned squid and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, add the marinated seafood along with the sliced radish. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
