  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the dressing.
  2. Add the sliced red chili pepper and chopped green onion to the dressing and stir well.
  3. Shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a serving plate.
