Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the marinade.
