- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons

- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Minced Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Green Onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - for grilling
- Lettuce Leaves - for serving
- Sliced Radish - for garnish
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu slices to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Place the marinated tofu slices on the grill, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until you achieve grill marks and the tofu is heated through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve the grilled tofu on a platter with lettuce leaves and sliced radish for garnish. Enjoy!
