Ingredients

  • Pork neck (sliced) - 400 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Erythritol (or other low-carb sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 6 large leaves
  • Sliced radish - 100 grams
  • Korean BBQ dipping sauce - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced pork neck to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. While the pork is grilling, prepare the lettuce leaves and sliced radish on a serving platter.
  6. Once the pork is done, let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve the grilled pork neck wrapped in lettuce leaves with sliced radish and a drizzle of Korean BBQ dipping sauce.
