- Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 6 large leaves
- Sliced radish - 100 grams
- Korean BBQ dipping sauce - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork neck to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
