Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Slice the pork belly into 1 cm thick pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork belly from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
