  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove any silk strands.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  4. Add gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey to the melted butter, stirring until combined.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the corn, reserving some for later.
  6. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender.
