- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and rice vinegar in a bowl until well combined.
- Wash and slice the bell peppers into thick strips or halves, removing the seeds and stems.

- Place the marinated bell peppers on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 4-5 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
