Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams

  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
  • Fresh spinach - 1 cup, loosely packed
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the gochujang and tomato sauce until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to enhance flavor and promote crispiness.
  6. Spread the gochujang-tomato sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
