- Burger buns (halal) - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato (sliced) - 1

- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds (for garnish) - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, gochujang, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the turkey mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface if necessary.
- Cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and are nicely browned.
- While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding the lettuce, followed by the cooked turkey patty, sliced tomatoes, and cucumbers.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and finish with the top bun. Serve immediately.
