- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a small bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked tofu to the skillet, pour the sauce over the mixture, and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
