- Lettuce leaves - 6 large leaves
- Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
- Sliced radish - 100 grams
- Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the pork belly into 1 cm thick slices and add to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated pork belly slices and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are crispy and cooked through.
- While the pork is grilling, prepare a serving platter with lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, and radish slices.
- Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve the grilled pork belly on the platter with the fresh vegetables, allowing diners to wrap the pork in lettuce and enjoy.
