Steps
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips, about 1 cm thick, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Once the pork is done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Stir well to combine.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and additional green onions on top.
