Ingredients

  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
  • Green onion - 1, chopped, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the glaze.
