- 2 large potatoes - 500 grams
- 2 tablespoons gochujang - 30 grams
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 milliliters
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
- 1 teaspoon onion powder - 5 grams
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil - 5 milliliters
- 1 teaspoon salt - 5 grams
- 1 teaspoon sugar - 5 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, combine gochujang, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil, salt, and sugar to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
- Arrange the coated potato slices in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
