Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
