- Cooked rice - 2 cups (400 grams)

- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice if not already cooked.
- Once the chicken is done, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, place a generous portion of rice on each plate, top with the gochujang chicken, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
