- Lettuce leaves - 2

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- While the chicken is cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, then layer with lettuce, the grilled chicken, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
