- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Gochugaru - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Press the firm tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Coat the tofu slices in the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated tofu slices to the skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet and sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
