Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Cashews - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon, melted
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon (optional for sweetness)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, and walnuts.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, gochugaru, garlic powder, sea salt, and honey (if using).
  4. Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
