Ingredients
- Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts) - 200 grams
- Gochugaru (Korean chili powder) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gochugaru, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic powder, and salt to make a marinade.
- Add the mixed nuts to the marinade and toss well until all the nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the black sesame seeds over the nuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
