Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 300 grams, cut into florets
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, gochugaru, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Spread the marinated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
