Steps

  1. Wash the green chili peppers thoroughly and remove the stems. Slice them thinly.
  2. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chili peppers, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt.
  4. Mix all ingredients well until the chili peppers are evenly coated.
  5. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve the Gochu Muchim in a small bowl, garnished with black sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
