- Green chili peppers - 200 grams
- Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Wash the green chili peppers and remove the stems. If you prefer less heat, slice them open and remove the seeds.
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the green chili peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the coconut aminos and stir to coat the peppers evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve warm as a side dish to your favorite Paleo meal.
