Ingredients

  • Green chili peppers - 200 grams
  • Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the green chili peppers and remove the stems. If you prefer less heat, slice them open and remove the seeds.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the green chili peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Pour in the coconut aminos and stir to coat the peppers evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish to your favorite Paleo meal.
