  • Carrot (sliced) - 1 small
  • Spinach (fresh) - 100 grams
  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onions (chopped for garnish) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic and sliced onions, sautéing until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the pot and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the gochujang, mixing well to coat the beef and onions.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini, mushrooms, and carrot to the pot, cooking for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
