  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Honey - 30 grams
  • Coconut milk - 50 ml
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Red bean paste (sweetened) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion into a disc on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Place a tablespoon of red bean paste in the center of each disc and fold the edges over to create a filled ball, sealing the edges well.
