- Honey - 30 grams
- Coconut milk - 50 ml
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Red bean paste (sweetened) - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion into a disc on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place a tablespoon of red bean paste in the center of each disc and fold the edges over to create a filled ball, sealing the edges well.
