Ingredients

  • Napa cabbage - 200 grams

  • Cucumber - 100 grams
  • Radish - 50 grams
  • Green onion - 2 stalks
  • Tofu - 150 grams
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Sesame oil - 15 ml
  • Rice vinegar - 15 ml
  • Sesame seeds - 10 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the Napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and radish thoroughly under running water.
  2. Thinly slice the Napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and radish into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the green onions into small pieces.
  4. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced vegetables and tofu.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  7. Pour the dressing over the vegetable and tofu mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
