Steps
- Wash the Napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and radish thoroughly under running water.
- Thinly slice the Napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and radish into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the green onions into small pieces.
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced vegetables and tofu.
