  • Soybean sprouts - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Rinse the soybean sprouts thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and add the soybean sprouts. Blanch for 2-3 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  3. Drain the sprouts and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
