- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Chili pepper (sliced) - 1 small
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Start by cleaning the crabs thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or sand.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, minced garlic, sliced ginger, and sugar until well combined.
- Place the cleaned crabs in a glass or ceramic container and pour the soy sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Add the chopped green onions and sliced chili pepper on top of the crabs.
- Cover the container and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours for the best flavor, turning the crabs occasionally.
- When ready to serve, take out the crabs and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
